This page explains what Havili & Stathakis, PLLC collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and any phone number, business name and message you choose to give. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages visited, to run and protect the site.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, check for conflicts of interest and set up a first call. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only the services that run this site and our email, and only as far as they need to. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted within a year. Client files are kept as our professional rules require.
