The lawyers

Three lawyers, and you keep the same one

Each of us takes a set of worries. Whoever picks up your first call stays with your matter to the end.

  • Mele Havili, a smiling woman with long dark hair in a black cardigan

    Mele Havili

    Partner · formation and contracts

Mele grew up folding boxes in her parents’ catering kitchen and still reads every lease as if it were theirs.

  • Eleni Stathakis, a smiling woman with short hair in a light shirt and tie

    Eleni Stathakis

Partner · partner disputes and buyouts

Eleni spent her first years as a lawyer in courtrooms. She now works to keep partners out of them.

  • Karin Fjeldsted, a smiling woman with long locs in a white blouse

    Karin Fjeldsted

Attorney · succession and outside counsel

Karin plans handovers for family firms and answers owners’ weekly questions.

Who takes which worry

Mele forms companies and handles contracts: customer terms, leases and the letters that go out when an invoice sits unpaid.

Eleni handles partners: buy-sell agreements written in good times, and buyouts negotiated in bad ones.

Karin plans successions and looks after owners who write in through the year. If your question crosses lines, the three of us talk it over and you still hear from one person.
