Eleni spent her early career in courtrooms, trying business cases for a downtown firm. Most of those cases started with two partners who had never written down what would happen if one of them left.
She now writes those agreements in advance and, when partners have already fallen out, negotiates the buyout. She grew up above her family’s diner on State Street and still thinks about every partnership in terms of who opens and who closes.
